Central London (ChinaTown, Regent street, some other street i dont know the name of)

On saturday, me and my mum went to central London and bought looooaaads of cute Japanese stuff!!

First we went to the Japan Centre in Regent street. Let me just tell you, OHMYGOSH!!! When i grow up i want TO LIVE THERE!!! Seriously, it was just WOW. When you go inside, its like a small resturaunt with a bar on the right side, and on the left side is a place where you can just pick up boxes of sushi, sashimi and nigiri. Salmon for me! Uber yummy. But i'm sooo stoopid, i forgot to bring my didgi camera to take pics!! T_T Anywhoo ( i love that word!) (and did i spell it right?), when you keep on walking straight there's a mini japanese supermarket with all sorts of delicious goodness!

I bought Apple Pocky, and let me tell you, it wasnt that great. The taste was average, nothing that would blow your tastebuds away, but the smell, UGH! Ok, it wasn't that 'UGH', but it wasn't pleasent. 20% of it smelt like apples, and the other 80%...i don't even wanna know. I would give Apple Pocky a 3.5 outta 5 stars, simply because the taste was ordinary, and it didnt smell very nice.

  Next thing i bought was this 'Soda Gummy Candy' and as soon as i put it in my mouth, it felt like my teeth were about to fall out. It was that sweet. The taste was reeeaaaally nice, but i couldn't eat anything afterwards without my teech hurting. Maybe my teeth are just really sensitive? I should start using sensodyne toothpaste.

Then i bought this 'Ribbon Citron' lemonade. It tasted better than normal lemonade! Much sweeter. I especially loved the packaging, that's the main reason i bought it. I'm a sucker for cute packaging.

Then we went to Artbox, a shop that sell super cute stationary, toys, clothes, stuff like that. Because i care about the environment, i bought two eco-message changing stickers. The picture shows what two designs one sticker has when you move it.

This sticker say's 'stop global warming' then when you move it it say's 'save polarbear!'  Cute.

I got a SUUUUPER kawaii sewing set! ^^ It is sooo small, and the scissors are tiny! I will definately start sewing because of this! ( why is the word 'sewing' spelt with in 'e' but pronounced 'sowing'???)

Finally, we went to ChinaTown, and if you go into this really tiny place there (great discription, huh?) there are literally MILLIONS of sanrio, san-x, gloomy bear, studio Ghibli, domo-kun stuff there! And LOADS more kawaii things. I spent about half an hour there,and it's really small. While i was rummaging through unbelievably cute sticker sets, i came across this dusty box at the bottom of the stall, filled with a few sewing kits like in the picture above. OF COURSE i had to buy one, what with my new mini-kawaii sewing kit and all.It came with different coloured felt, a needle, thread and cotton stuffing. And it was so cheap! I will post my fnished product soon! 

Body shop!

Well, i went to the body shop a few days ago, and i got some shtuff. Yes, shtuff. I really like the body shop 'coz everything there is like fair trade, AND it's recycled, which saves the environment, AND they're against animal testing. Woo! So, anyway, i really like they're products because it's all organic, and good fo' yo' skin. And it smell's nummy.

So i got this sparkling apple body mist, and it smells like hollister!! Seriously!!! Do you ever smell their perfume when you walk past they're shop??? It DOES smell like apples, but more like Hollister. Which is not necessarily a bad thing. But i want apples!!! And sparkling ones! T_T

It smells EXACTLY like a peach. Even better. AND, it moisturizes.

I bough this cucumber toner, like a freshening face cleanser, just cuz i like cucumbers. And it smelt nice. But after the first time i put it on my face, it went all red and spotty. I looked at the ingredients, and the 4th one was alcohol. Thats probably why i got a red face. I'll use this for a week more, but if my face get's any more red, i'm throwing this away. No, actually, im gonna recycle it, cuz i wanna save the world!!! ^^

Center Parks Day 4 (last day!)

Last day of Center Parks!! =( I'm gonna miss it soo much!!! The bikerides on the snow, the award winning high calorie cocktails, the games room and the pancakes. WHY DO WE HAVE TO LEAVE?!?!?! But of course i couldn't leave without having one last cocktail...Tadaaa!!!

This was called...urm...i forgot...but i remember what was inside!!! Yay me!!! It was Coke with cherry syrup, then whipped cream and cocoa powder. Yum!!!

Center Parks Day 3

Today was Pancake day!!! Woo!!! Meet Mr. Gingerbread Dude. I took a photo with him on my way to the pancake house.















I had me a chocolate pancake! Wow, it was nummy...*drools*

Center Parks New Years Day (just after midnight)

This was probably the funniest day. At midnight on New Years Eve, we all went outside to look at the fireworks. I think i had a bit too many fanta's, so i got SERIOUSLY hyperactive. When the fireworks came on, i started screaming like a crazy person, and that's why the pics came out all blurry.

Center Parks Day 2

Today was New Years Eve/New Years day ( cuz i stayed up past midnight). Before going out and seeing the fireworks, we all went out for cocktails!!! (non-alcaholic for me ^^) The best cocktails EVER. Even though my one exploded "due to a chemical reaction between the coke and cream". Lol. My drink was called "black Cow" (i have no idea why) and it consisted of Coca Cola mixed with chocolate syrup, then a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, then whipped cream, and finally a flake. Luxurious, much??









After my "black Cow" i had a "Watermelon Mint" (i need to go on a diet after this) which is just watermelon juice mixed with mint, lime and ice.

Center Parks Day 1

Soo...over the christmas holiday, i went to Center Parks, this resort just outside of London. Soo much fuun! OK, so anyway, im gonna post each day i was at Center Parks, cuz it was so much frickin' fun. I wish i could live there.

Ok, so on the first day, we went to this sports plaza, but cuz i'm uber lazy, i went to the "house of games". It's like this small room with loads of arcade machines, and a few of 'em were Japanese. And so OF COURSE i had to go on them.


That's me playing "percussion Master". I went on it only because it was Japanese, and it turned out to be crap.

You can see why an anime/manga/Japan fan like me would want to go on a game like that.




OHEMGEE!!! There was a Mario Kart arcade racing game, so coool!!! i'm seriously looking into buying it for my room...
Anyway, you got to sit on this comfy chair, with pedals, and you got to pick which character you would race with. I picked Mametchi, from tamagotchi, and i won twice!!! AND, theres this camera at the top of the screen, which takes a photo of your head, and puts it into this "frame". I was probably not paying attention to that part, so thats why my pic looks like i'm half dead. >>>
